You need to be in the country for 24 hours before you apply for the Bahamian marriage license and you must have completed a sworn declaration before a Bahamian Notary Public. You need to present your birth certificate, a valid passport, flight tickets, and immigration card.

The Bahamas offers some of the best diving in the world. The clear waters are home to coral reef ridges, underwater caverns, historical shipwrecks, dramatic vertical walls and blue holes. It’s a prime spot for seeing dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, Nassau groupers, lionfish, and spiny lobsters.
