Great stay!

Houston, Texas

We stayed Fox Hotel with family of four in December. The room was Premium one bedroom plus loft suite. It was very clean and had enough privacy for hour adults. It came with complimentary breakfast every morning we stayed and it was pretty good. There was a hot spring in the middle of the hotel. We liked it but somedays it got very crowded. There is skiing bus stop in front of the hotel and it was convenient to get to the ski hills. The location was pretty good and there was a lot of restaurants and shops in a walking distance. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Amazingly Pet Friendly!!!

I first off want to thank the General Manager Cathy Smith for all she did to reassure us that when our pet sitter from Rover cancelled on us the last minute that our little beagle would be taken care of. One of her staff who's name is Ryan took amazing care of our little guy while we were away. Now tell me what GM is going to do that for you? The whole staff and hotel are top notch, we had a pet friendly two bedroom suite as we were with my brother and his wife and it was very clean and comfortable. I can't say enough about the staff as everyone was so helpful and friendly. Cathy if you read this you literally saved our vacation and we are great full. I think it only took Cathy two seconds to realize our little beagle "Bo" was our whole world. Thanks again we hope to see you and that handsome Ryan again next year!

Terrible

Rudest front desk manager I’ve never seen on 8:00 pm Sep 20th 2019. The front desk lady refused to let my group in after I shown her my proper group reservation, hotel vouchers, passports and even my company card. We arrived here at 8:00 pm and got our room keys on midnight and they even sent one of my guests to caribou hotel. That lady just keep saying “I can’t find your booking in my system” without apology. I was pretty busy last month and now I just got some time to write this comment for this property. I do not need your cheap wines!

On the outskirts of the town but in a quiet location

Rooms were the smallest we experienced in Canada but were fine. A little tired and the small kitchen had picnic crockery in plastic which we didn't appreciate. Lovely hot springs open to elements. Disappointing breakfast, staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Underground parking, we managed to get a spot but not enough for all rooms. The roam pass for the local transit was good

Needs an Up date

Cleveland, Queensland

Pricey accommodation in a tired building. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, plenty of space for two couples. The general decor was badly in need of an up date. Hand basin to the second bathroom is outside the toilet , weird. Situated a good 15 minute walk from the centre of Banff the local shuttle bus is a life saver. The restaurant here is not good , first night we ate here and the salmon was so over cooked it was like leather inedible. Breakfast the usual basic help your self and make your own waffles.
