Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else

I stayed here Jan 10th to celebrate my 30th birthday with my best friend. The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom it’s in a separate room right beside the coffee machine :s. Nothing worked and very rude employees

Good service

Bruges, Belgium

I especially liked the service of this hotel, very friendly and helpful staff! The rooms were small and a bit outdated, but it was okay! We had a struggle with the heating, too warm or too cold. But there is a possibility to open a window, so we were fine. Nice hottub, very appealing after a day of snowboarding! The Marmot basin is great for snowboarding, it will take you 30 min. The road to Marmot basin can be very challenging in winter, slippery!
