Great hotel with staff that raise it to the next level

Long Compton, United Kingdom

We spent 2 nights here and everything about his hotel from check-in to check-out impressed us. The lobby bar had a great atmosphere (especially with the live band on Saturday night). Service was exceptional all of the time. The Botanist restaurant was hugely enjoyable. The house cocktails were the perfect start to the meal and again, service was exceptional. Thank you to everybody at the hotel that made us feel so welcome. You really did make the difference to our stay!

Busy lounge but service good

Port Coquitlam, Canada

We were in the lounge for drinks after work before dinner. Busy place even on a Thursday. I have noticed before when attending conferences there. Got the last seats available. Good service. Loved the crunchy snacks. By the way, good place to have a conference too. Great location.
