Horrible parking for individuals with disabilities

I recently stayed on business. I arrived with a vehicle that does not fit in underground parking. I have a disability parking pass, so I asked the valet if there was any accessible parking. He said no. I asked where I could park to which he told me to park in the underground. I reinforced that my vehicle does not fit, to which he argued. I asked if I was the first disabled person to park at the hotel to which he said my disability was not his problem. He the told me parking would be 85 dollars a night. Wow. Gotta love getting gouged just for being disabled. Reluctantly I left my vehicle with valet as I did not want to try and find a surface lot. I spoke with the valet manager who helped me out a bit on the price afterwards. I'm booked in to stay there again on business this weekend, and I dread the experience. Wont stay again for this reason. Otherwise. A great hotel.

Keeps getting worse.....yes, the bottom seems endless

I am not certain what the problem is with this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel many times of the years and made my observations known: 1) Elite check-in most of the times unattended 2) Huge lines at check-in 3) Despite renovations, really tired rooms 4) Heat not working in room, freezing temperatures If you dont want to take the chance of getting zapped by the above or are fine with staying at a sub-par property than this is your place. For all other, I would suggest avoiding this hotel so that the message is finally received that you can not treat your customers this way. For the hotel management: I did ask you to turn up the heat in the rooms five times, please see your Bonvoy-App chat notes since 3:30am ! And do something about your check-in process, this is not new to you.
