Caribbean Holidays

Pristine powder-soft sandy beaches, gleaming azure waters, swaying palms, and a warm sunny climate with a cool breeze, the Caribbean islands have a natural allure that has been calling out to travellers for generations.

From Antigua and Barbados to St Lucia and the British Virgin Islands, there’s a rich diversity to the Caribbean islands. Whether you fancy discovering the glittering magic of the crystal caves in Bermuda, the unusual Ayo rocks on Aruba, the pink sands of the Bahamas or the flourishing flamingoes in the Bahamas, the Caribbean islands offer a holiday filled with unforgettable memories.

Holidays in the Caribbean

Hiking to the summit of St Vincent’s La Soufrière volcano, diving the Grand Turk Wall, watching the Hawksbill turtles nest on the beaches of Nevis or witnessing the migration of whales in the Dominican Republic; the Caribbean islands offer once-in-a-lifetime holiday experiences. Whether you sail around the Grenadines, zip wire through the rainforest in Puerto Rico or swim with the sea turtles in Turks and Caicos, a Caribbean holiday has something for everyone. Not to mention the lively carnivals, festivals and parties that run throughout the year. From the Trinidad and Tobago Carnival and Antigua’s renowned Sailing Week to Barbados’ Crop Over, the Caribbean sure knows how to party. Add to this the warmth of the islanders, the wonderfully delicious food and the regions rich history and heritage, and it’s not surprising that the Caribbean islands are a favourite holiday hotspot.

With diverse natural beauty, adventure at every corner and pristine paradise beaches, the Caribbean is a wonderland just waiting to be explored. With more than 7,000 islands to choose from, each offering mesmerising landscapes and year-round sunshine, it can be hard to decide which island is best for you to visit on holiday. Hayes & Jarvis creates multi-centre holidays, where you make the most of your trip and visit more than one Caribbean island.
