If you like the idea of soaking up some jazz club ambiance over a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, you’re going to fit right in here.

  • Visit vibrant cities

Chile's capital city, Santiago, is a charming mix of old and new. Set beneath the impressive Andes halfway down the coastline, Santiago is filled with a thriving culinary scene, a booming café culture, a delightful old district and many fine museums. A highlight of the town is the Cerro San Cristóbal: a hill that's crowned with a white statue of the Virgin Mary and offering stunning views of the city below.

  • Easter Island

    Easter Island

Easter Island's enigmatic stone statues are dotted throughout the Chilean island, and are shrouded in mystical aura. The silent spectators of Chile's past, these world-famous moai are made of compacted volcanic ash, with more than 1,000 of the giant statues dotted across the island, 400 of which can be found in the quarries of the Rano Raraku Volcano.

  • Atacama Desert

    Atacama Desert

Chile's Atacama Desert is the driest desert in the world, with unique rock formations and startlingly beautiful landscapes. The oasis town of San Pedro de Atacama is situated right in the centre of the desert, built of adobe houses and filled with markets, outdoor restaurants and charming hotels.

  • Torres del Paine National Park

    Chile's Lake District

Chile's lush Lake District is a magnificent playground of peaceful lakes, raging rivers and ancient forests, towered over by snow-capped volcanoes. This wilderness area was once the territory of the Mapuche people, who fought valiantly against the Spanish for nearly three centuries.
