For celebrating my bf birthday

This time I came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I contacted the hotel before coming. I hope I can make some preparations for his birthday. Super satisfied with your preparation for us, better than I thought. Thank you. The room is clean and tidy. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff but very poor wifi

I was in Kowloon on business and I'm very glad I stayed at this lovely hotel. The staff are the best thing about it - attentive, helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Doors opened, lifts called for you, luggage carried (no expectations of tips or anything like that). Food pretty good (although breakfast a little chaotic). Rooms nice, if a little old. Views amazing - get a Harbour View room! The only downside, and it's a big one, is that the in room wifi was dreadful - slow and dropped out regularly completely. I think there are plans to improve it. But such a shame as it really spoiled an almost perfect stay.
