Highly recommended for luxury vacation

Just returned from a week at Secrets Cap Cana. Definitely one of our best vacations ever. Our butler Luis did an excellent job of taking care of many details for us. He helped us know of all events going on during the day and the night activities around the resort. He was always sending updates and details to us on What’s App so we knew what was happening for the day. He advised us on restaurants even was our connection to house keeping if we had a special request. Luis was excellent and I hope you are lucky enough to have him as you host butler when you go. Secrets is a luxury resort at Cap Cana. Powder sandy beach, beautiful turquoise water and warm water. Food is very good at all restaurants, be sure to check out the bbq at the beach at lunch time. Doris was our hostess at the pool everyday. She always kept us topped up with our drinks and new some special ones to try. We highly recommend the Secrets Cap Cana.

Great Staff at a Great Location

This hotel has it all: great beach, beautiful views, large rooms with many amenities, excellent spa, and lots of restaurant options with fine food. One note on evening dinners: go at 6:30 for the best meal service. But what makes this hotel great is its staff. They enjoy their guests and seem genuinely happy to work there. From housekeepers to entertainment staff, they are friendly, helpful, and active. We enjoyed the many pool and beach game and exercise classes that they organized as well as the bike tour. Hats off to Mariposa, China, El Gato, Big Boy, Mr. Mini Me, Diva, the caring staff at the spa, and the rest of the crew.
