We had a great time the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Amer Rashdat he was amazing the service I could rated it a really 5 stars. This is my first time here every thing was excellent and it makes me think to come back here again for my next vacation.

Nice stay
It's really amazing resort. the direct access to the beach is great you can reach the beach within 2 or 3 minutes . there are 2 towels desk available while you are going to the beach . 4 pools one of them for Kids.
Great great resort and we will come to see you soon again suuuure .

Fantastic Experience
One of the amazing hotels in the Dead Sea . staff are kind and there are a variety of food options . my self and my family enjoyed there ! the 393 restaurant decoration is fantastic. Big thanks for Holiday Inn Dead Sea Resort and for all amazing team .

beautiful outdoo spaces.
what a beautiful outdoor area with pools and a bar and gardens everywhere. they provide you with bathrobes to go down to the dead sea. poolside bar very nice with evening music. we were very tired after touring all day and they kept the pool open for us. the breakfast buffet was wonderful with omlettes made to order. the rooms were beautiful and spacious. I would love to come back here for a few days to just rest. wonderful.

Cheating 😔😠😠
Dear holiday inn , I stayed at your hotel for a night with my family and my friends . When I checkin your front office staff charged me the confirmed room rates. During checkout I confirmed them that I already made payments but they took my credit card to verify ( that’s what they say) but they charged almost half of the price again what I paid on the day of checkin. I tried to contact your hotel many times by email as No one responds. I also work in a international Hotel Brand in a very high position, I felt cheated. If you can’t respond I will forward the email with all details to your corporate office or publish in my social media Profile so that No one will have this experience
