Sailing time: 3 hours
Once settled in your luxury catamaran, head for the saloon where you can sip arum punch prepared by your private chef whilst you watch St Lucia's west coast pass by. As you head south the iconic Pitons act as your guiding light to the first night moorings in Soufriere, here there are a multitude of options available to you; visit the nearby Diamond Falls, hike the towering Pitons or head further inland to the mature rainforest where there's no better way to see the wildlife than by gliding through the trees on a zip wire.
Bean to Bar
Head up into themountains and visit the Fond Doux Plantation where you can learn about how the cocoa bean is processed, then put your new found skills into practice and make your own chocolate bar to take home. A unique and memorable experience, complete with edible souvenir.

Continuing south, you'll next be heading tothe cerulean waters of Bequia in the Grenadines. Passing along St Vincent’s west coast, there are many bays, coves and small towns you can stop at to break up your journey and stop for a spot of lunch. Sailing into Admiralty Bay, you are greeted by a bustling town with a plethora of options available; stay local and explore Front Street, head to the beach for a dip in the glistening sea or ask the skipper to get out the watersports equipment and try your hand at paddle boarding.

Enjoy a freshly prepared breakfast on board before lifting anchor and setting sail south to a marine park that comprises of five uninhabited islands scattered with coconut trees and brimming with wildlife. These protected waters are ideal for snorkelling or diving, where you will be surrounded by tropical fish and colourful reefs.Those looking for an unforgettable underwater adventure will want to see the wreck of a WW1 gunship off the coast of the largest island, Mayreau. Alternatively, head towards Baradel to see the wild iguanas that are lucky enough to call this slice of paradise home.
Petit Nevis
Ask your skipper to drop you off on this beautiful island with a picnic and bottle of bubbles in hand. This tiny island is great for a relaxed lunch break and when you’re done, the skipper will come and pick you up.

Tracing a line north through the Caribbean Sea, you're next off to St Vincent. Sailing at your own pace, you can anchor off the coast of a passing island and enjoy lunch on the deck served by your private chef, or hoist the sails and let the winds urge you north so you have more time to spend in the secluded Kearton’s Bay. The local café and black sand beaches provide a secret hideaway with friendly service and a quiet spot to recharge.

Today you are sailing on to St Lucia and its welcoming coastline, leaving St Vincent in your wake. Pass the twin peaks on the island's west coast you'll arrive at the calm waters of Marigot Bay. Arguably one of St Lucia's prettiest bays it is home toa selection of bars and restaurants ready for you to sample;if you are heading out for the evening, be sure toask your crew to point you in the direction of the bars with the live music.
Anse Cochon
Moor up and spend a few happy hours watching eels, urchins, groupers and much more in St Lucia's top snorkelling spot.
Sailing time: 1 hour
Today’s sail takes you past the base and anchors you off Pigeon Island. Seen as a living museum, Pigeon Island has a number of disused military building for you to stumble upon. Head to the south side and take advantage of one of the two small beaches for a lazy afternoon.
Fort Rodney
Once used by the British spying on French ships sailing from neighbouring Martinique, this fort dates back to the 1700’s. Take a wander around the ruins and discover some phenomenal panoramic views.

The sail from Pigeon Island to the base is very short,so take your time this morning and leave at your own pace. Once docked in Rodney Bay's Marina take the opportunity to explore the village where you will find tax free shopping malls, a casino and an eclectic mix of eateries.
