Balaclava Holidays

On the north-west coast of Mauritius sits Balaclava. Only a 20-minute drive from Grand Baie and the island's capital Port Louis, you can do as much or as little as you want on your Mauritius holiday. Home to a few luxury hotels, the area has beautiful beaches, turquoise waters, and is surrounded by sugar cane fields and the ocean nature park.  With its ideal location, a holiday in Balaclava allows you to easily explore the city of Port Louis and the beachside resorts of Grand Baie, but keeps you far enough away that you can enjoy some peace and quiet as well.

With beautiful beaches and amazing levels of service, you can choose to relax on pristine white sands or enjoy a swim, diving opportunities, or watersports in the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Balaclava holidays are ideal for those looking to retreat in a tropical utopia while still being nearby a bustling town.
