There are currently daily direct flights from London Heathrow with Air Mauritius and three-five direct flights a week from Gatwick Airport with British Airways. There are also indirect options from other UK airports with Emirates, Air France, and KLM.

Mauritius is located in the Indian Ocean, around 1,200 miles off the southeast coast of Africa and around 700 miles east of Madagascar. It’s around 226 miles north east of Reunion Island.
