Family fun

Gaylord, Minnesota

Dreams Tulum was a fun family vacation. Much quieter and more mellow resort area with no other neighboring resorts which was nice but also minimized beach activities... no parasailing or water sports, etc. Pools were beautiful and well maintained... with excellent staff... Alfredo, Nancy, Daniel and Espironza were our favorites. My son proposed on the trip and Raphael and Miguel hosted a spectacular beach rooftop meal... nothing sort of amazing! Hotel is well kept, but in need of maintenance, little issues like outlets not working, fridge not cold, but still overall very nice. We favored the habachi restaurant, kids said sushi was good as well, Mexican was ok, French was good but Italian was a disappointment, buffets were satisfactory.

Managment non-existent

Huge variability in the level of service provided. I had concerns and asked to speak to a manager, neither Ruben nor Marco came out to speak to me. I was told someone would call me, never for a call during my entire stay. Very disappointed in this resort. The only person that made our stay worth while was Antonio at the Italian restaurant, the best service! we went to have dinner there everyday and asked for him. Thank you Antonio for your dedication to your guest!!!
