Great location for excursions, all-inclusive experience

This was our first all-inclusive resort. The service was all very good, everyone is so friendly, and we enjoyed the food and activities. Note that the restaurants rotate daily so if you want to eat at specific ones you’ll need to plan ahead. There is also lots of seaweed on the beach (true for all of Riviera Maya, this is not something the resort can control), but it is still super relaxing to sit at the beach (plus there is beachside service!) and then go cool off in the pool. Manatees bar and the Patio restaurant were our favorites. And we highly recommend the full day tour of Chichen Itza (includes a visit to a cenote). You can easily do a self-guided tour of the Tulum ruins with a quick cab ride from the resort. One more bit of advice: there are people from unlimited vacations club trying to sell timeshare-like memberships, and they will approach you immediately after check-in and offer coupons etc if you attend a “welcome breakfast” - don’t fall for it! The resort itself and our time exploring the ruins was amazing!

Beautiful place to stay!

Niagara Falls, Canada

Beautiful place to stay, upgraded to a swim out room, well worth the money. The grounds of the resort very beautiful. Restaurants were great with good service. Didn’t have to make reservations expect for Japanese restaurant. It was worth it. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. The house keeping was really the only negative point had to call all the time for cleaning and to re-stock the mini bar. The sales pitch at the start of the trip was a little off putting. The beach did have quite a bit of sea weed along the beach which made it unusable. All round we had a great time relaxing by the two pools
