Namibia Holidays

This is where nature lovers and keen photographers go to be blown away; Namibia’s natural beauty has to be seen to be believed.

Home to massive sand monoliths, extraordinary rock formations, endless stretches of savannahs and rolling dunes, Namibia is a land of contrasts and colours. Wander past grazing giraffes as you explore the wilderness, head to the shoreline to see playful marine life and visit one of the many national parks for awe-inspiring vistas.

For a contrast, head to Cape Town after your trip to experience eclectic African culture, or twin your visit with Kruger National Park for a chance to spot the Big Five in their most natural habitat.

PLEASE NOTE: Namibia is currently experiencing very high demand as the country is so popular due to its amazing scenery and spectacular safaris. There are limited accommodation options therefore, it is best to plan your holiday as far ahead as possible to avoid disappointment.

It’s no wonder Namibia instils a sense of intrigue in travellers. It’s home to the world’s oldest desert, The Namib, extraordinary rock formations and the world’s largest population of free-roaming cheetahs. We don’t blame you if you want to see it with your own eyes.

  • Sossusvlei Dunes

You won’t want to put the camera down when you see the world’s tallest sand dunes. The first thing you’ll notice is their rich red colour and if you’re feeling adventurous, you can take a hot air balloon or go quad-biking over them.

  • Zebra in the Etosha National Park

    Etosha National Park

One of the most arresting sights you’ll have here is of the elegant flamingos that feed on algae in the Etosha National Park in northern Namibia. You can also expect to see some of the Big Five here.

“Sossusvlei National Park has to be one of the most amazing and memorable experiences I’ve had on my travels. The scenery is breath-taking and so different to many other places I have visited. Walking up the sand dunes was hard work but very satisfying to enjoy the views, and sliding back down (on my bottom) was certainly fun. It’s a photographer’s dream”
