For those who are lucky enough to have the time, we would suggest tailor-making your itinerary around northern Tanzania's best known and loved National Parks. Arrive into Arusha, close to the towering Mount Kilimanjaro, we would suggest one night here to acclimatise, before heading out into the wild sand onto the Lake Manyara National Park for two nights where you will hopefully have the chance to see the famous tree climbing lions that inhabit this national park. After, we would suggest you carry onto the Serengeti - famous for its predators where a three night stay will not disappoint. Continuing on, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and its famous crater should be high on your list for two nights - the concentration of game here has to be seen to be believed. Finally, conclude your safari with one night in the Tarangire National Park where huge herds of elephants roam the plains. From here its back to Arusha to continue your onward travel arrangements. Alternatively, we offer two tours - our Discover Northern Tanzania and Taste of Tanzania safaris offer great insights into this African country and can easily be built into a tailormade itinerary. If you are more strapped for time why not try one of our two night fly-in safaris; Serengeti Fly-In Safari or Selous Fly-In Safari?

If you are seeking untouched shores, stretches of white sand and idyllic lagoons, Pemba Island is the paradise you have been searching for.

Offering a completely new perspective to Africa, head here for unrivalled diving among some of the world's best coral reefs, as well as archaic ruins and heritage sites that offer a glimpse into Tanzania's past. Once you have soaked up the culture, hit the beautiful beaches for endless relaxation; home will feel a million miles away. View our handpicked Pemba Island hotels; Fundu Lagoon and The Manta Resort.
