unforgettable stay and amazing staff

wonderful property with a huge pool area, nice rooms with comfortable beds and one of the best breakfast buffets I ever had. We also had dinner at the Thai and Italian restaurant and the food was delicious and the service very good. On top the staff in all departments were amazing even fullfing wishes we never asked for. Thanks for the fantastic stay and your warm welcome.

The staff make Sofitel the best!!!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Sofitel in November and it was the best and most relaxing holiday i have had in a long time. Everyday and everything was filled with enjoyment. The location and facilities were fantastic. I must give a special mention to all of the staff. Each and every one of you were just superb. From housekeepers through to senior management, your welcoming, friendliness and helpfulness were gratefully received by me and made this the enjoyable stay that it was. Sofitel is very fortunate to have such a wonderful team. Fern at reception, you are a gem. Your welcoming smile and the genuine warmth with your initial greeting was wonderful. Your friendliness, advice and assistance throughout the stay was just super and you made anything and everything possible. Thank you for all that you did and more. You have my total thanks and respect. To the team in Maya Restaurant, you are all awesome. I loved coming in for breakfast each and everyday. The vibe of the restaurant was perfect and the food quantity, quality and variety was outstanding. Being with the Maya team was like visiting friends. The fun, the conversations and the laughter we shared and enjoyed were just fantastic. This is what a great holiday is really all about. All of you are just amazing. Maya Manager Nit, you are amazing. You always found time to engage, no matter how busy it became and this made breakfast always feel personable and welcoming. Breakfast sets the tone for the day and you have a way of making guests feel happy, comfortable and relaxed, exactly the way it should be. Maya Captain Sonapha, you are a diamond amongst diamonds. I have never met a resort staff member like you in all my travels. Your professionalism, service and friendliness went above and beyond. You made every visit to Maya Restaurant truly enjoyable and such fun, thus making for a great stay in a great resort. You are the best! Thank you so so much for all that you did, including my daily Thai language lessons. Yes i will keep doing them!!! You are a fine ambassador for Sofitel.
