Spa & Tennis Facility

La Quinta Resort is an “oldie” but a fading “goody”. The property is semi manicured & from a distance has a cottage hacienda charm. That’s from the “outside” view. Looking inside, it’s tired & in need of major renovations. Entering the Spa Building,a strong musty odor greets you. This odor is prevalent throughout the Spa. It’s long overdue for a total rehab to the entire facility. Everything is old, excluding two showers which had just been redone. That’s placing a band aide on a much larger problem- the Spa needs to be overhauled. The Tennis Facility- depending on what day you decide to venture for a lesson, the front desk might treat you kindly or NOT. They seem to have problems with their credit card machine working properly. It’s often feels like the Desk Staff is on “Offense”- It is ill managed & often chaotic when it comes to checking out with payment. The facility just average- some courts appear to need resurfacing. There is no tennis merchandise on property other then a few racquets displayed. The facility needs to be Revamped along with better trained staff servicing clients.

Incredible property, beautiful rooms

Seattle, Washington

We stayed three nights in a King Spa Villa room. The room was perfect for our family of four with the pull out couch. The room was so beautiful with a fireplace and all the pretty tile in the bathroom. Service was great, food was delicious. We loved all the pools around the property and the large pool with food and drink service was so much fun. We ate dinner one night at Morgan's and it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. We will definitely be back!
