Not What I Expected

Vancouver, Canada

This is a dated property and in the middle of nowhere. In fact, it is right off the highway and in between a number of electrical transmission towers. The staff are great; however, it doesn't make up for the lacklustre location of the property. It's not the Napa experience I was expecting.

Terrible Planning

We went there for our honeymoon under the assurance the day before that their room services and customer service would still be up to par. No room cleaning, bed sheets and towels were changed once during a 3 night stay after 30 minutes of back and forth. Room service was closed so no food delivery to room. Were still charged $30 per night for "resort fee" when everything that has to do with a resort was closed. It was at best a 2-3 star hotel in the middle of nowhere.
