NYE Stay

My wife and I stayed at the resort to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary on NYE. The resort was an amazing place. A good base cmp to go to both Napa and Sonoma wineries. We also attended the NYE dinner and party onsite. Well worth the cost. What an amazing stay. Can't wait to return!!!

Could've been better...

I was there for a social media conference as a speaker & they put me in the wrong room -- couldn't change because it was sold out & front desk responded with an "oh well" attitude. So many things went wrong -- locked out of room multiple times & since I was in the other building it is a long walk to the front desk. They don't send anyone to help you -- you must go back with all your bags & things. There has to be a better way... It's not good if you've got all your bags, wearing heels & have to trek back to the front desk to gain entry to your room. I found it was best to bring a bellman along with me in case of issues. No microwave in rooms - so, if you are like me & always bringing leftovers home for later -- you can't heat them up or you need to take them to the front desk & ask them to heat them for you -- which are cold by the time you get back to your room in the other building. The place could be great -- but they need to think about their guests especially those located in the other buildings that don't have easy access to the front desk.
