Charged me an Extra Night

Belmont, California

Came for a two day conference and stayed 2 nights. They billed me for 3 nights. When I pointed out the error they said it was my fault and that they could have sold that night if I hadn't reserved it. But I had already left, so yes they could have sold that room for that night. So, I plan to post bad reviews on all the hotel sites to highlight their poor customer service to get my money's worth. Additionally, it is an old place that they have put a coat of paint on and doubled their room charges. I was not impressed.

Best Family Vacation!

Maple Ridge, Canada

We just spent a week at Paradise Point with our 15 month and 7 year old boys, and we absolutely loved It! We booked through Expedia and got a great price, and when we got there we upgraded to an ocean front bungalow (room 228). The beach was beautiful, soft sand, and fire pits. The pools are not as warm as we expected (for February weather) but the main pool was the warmest and bearable. We ate at Barefoot for breakfast and dinner and both were great, and the service is outstanding. The pizza place is basic but a good option for a quick and easy dinner. They have pool side service at the main pool where you can order food and drinks. The market has all the essentials and some really cool gifts and clothing. Laundry is located in the 700s. Rooms have a safe, small fridge, air conditioning, double sinks and a shower/ bath. The 200 rooms are all updated. Overall it was a fantastic trip, and we'll be back! Our only complaint we have is that if you bring a car, it's $38 per day which is outrageous, especially because each bungalow has its own designated spot, so it's not like you're taking up precious land. Disappointed with this, however, the rest of the resport and service was great.
