Absolutely appalled at the condition of our room and the customer service. We walked into our ocean view balcony room to a musty smell and noticed MOLD everywhere. Most noticeably on the lamp shades and on the bathroom celling. I went down to speak with the director of operations and he was beyond disrespectful. My mom has severe allergies and I explained that we were all very scared for her safety, his response was "If she gets really sick, I can call 911" I have never been treated with such blatant disregard by a manager in my life. He insisted that there was no mold but as anyone can clearly see from the pictures there was. He offered us 3 complimentary drink coupons for the "cosmetic damage" I felt completely degraded and that is when I asked to speak to corporate. He then said to me "you’re just wasting your time" - We had to down grade to a room with no balcony facing the parking lot - While I was there, I spoke with several other hotel guests who were also just as unsatisfied with the service and accommodations. Management has clearly let this hotel go. I will never return to the Casa Marina.

Dirty with a side of nonexistent customer service.

Save your hard earned money and go to The Marker! As we checked in to our room, dirty dishes littered the hallway. The furniture was covered in stains and hair. Mold on the lampshades. The bed skirt was covered in dark stains. Paint chipping everywhere. Even the beachside furniture was in utter disrepair. We’re demanding a full refund for the one night we had to stay there before we left early and went to The Marker. When we voiced our concerns before checking out, the manager Mikaela told us it’s an, “this is an older property.” No apologies. The age of a property does not negate the need for a clean room when you’re spending $700+ to stay in a top tier Waldorf Astoria resort. Will never return.
