Beautiful property, good amenities

West Palm Beach, Florida

Hawks Cay is a great place to stay for an "easy weekend" in the keys. The marina is accessible, the property is beautiful and the staff is friendly. (Special shoutout to Anishka and Zipporah who greeted us every time we entered the lobby and made sure our room was ready on time!) I was disappointed in the morning amenities, the coffee shop didn't open until 7am, and neither did the restaurant. The restaurant only served buffet style and it was very expensive. Additionally, the marina didn't open until 7am either, and closed at 6pm - so fishing was a challenge. Overall the resort met all of our needs. There were several dinner options, an adult pool, quick service, and it was conveniently located. The resort does a great job offering kid activities that don't interfere with the 21+ crowd. We'd definitely stay again.

Still waiting to hear back from management over a complaint I raised when I was there

I lodged a complaint regarding a number of concerns I had during my stay. I did hear back from the Front Desk manager initially when I enquired how to go about making a complaint but when I sent it into him, he has continued to ignore me. I asked for the General Managers email on check out and was given a business card-which had a defunct email address! I did wonder why it took the woman on the front desk an age to find one, she ended up rifling through a draw and then went to the back office and produced what is clearly an outdated card! I have searched all over the internet for another contact but to no avail which is why I am on here. I have spent £5000 on this holiday! I deserve to have my say!
