@bakerscayresort thank you to each & everyone of your associates for making our 19th Anniversary so special. Horrible w names but look up our folio for every team member that touched us to see superstars! Trip Advisor to come. Great to be back post reno, as the place looks GREAT!

Service issues and noisy-still waiting for missing item.

We just returned from this hotel and there are aspects that are very lovely. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and I would recommend a room with a view. The negatives are that it is very noisy and the hotel is set up more like a motel which means you can hear people outside your room slamming doors, talking and generally just noisy. The room walls are also thin and we could hear the people above us and also beside us. They did move us to the 4th floor for our last 2 nights which helped with the noise reduction above us. The front desk staff needs to improve service as well. The problem is that the housekeeping/cleaning staff when cleaning our room took my expensive nightgown by mistake and mixed it in with the used towels that were going to the offsite laundry company so that night we could not find my pyjamas and had to call the manager. The manager said he found it and even sent me a picture to confirm this was my nightgown. He said it would be fedexed right away to our home address and it has been over a week and a half since we left and I still have not received my nightgown or have even had follow up. I appreciate that he said he would send it however I sent a follow up message and have not received a response or even a tracking number from you so I know when it will arrive. I am waiting for a response from this manager with the information.
