Wrong size bed

Buyer beware. This hotel advertised my room as a king bed so I went through and booked it thinking it was a good deal. I arrive at the hotel and when I get to my room I notice it is a queen bed. Of course the hotel is completely full and they can not change the room. Be careful when you book this hotel because you probably will not get the room you are paying for. It most likely will be different. They also do not accommodate you in any way. The front desk says this is definitely a king bed. They wont even come up to look at the mattress themselves. The difference between a king and queen is pretty distinct.

Repeat travelers here and the only place we stay in South Beach!!

We have stayed here in the past. A++ service from the time we walked in to the time we checked out.The hard working staff are most attentive. So relaxing and refreshing. Close to everything yet located on a quiet residential street. Clean rooms are well appointed and very quiet for a restful sleep. The pool is beautiful,breakfast is delicious(with a variety of foods),and employees with smiles on their faces. We are already planning our next trip!! Looking forward to Feb.2021!! Mary Jo and Tom
