The Best Deal and Staff in Town!

Madison, Wisconsin

I made my rez and requested anything special they could do as I was taking my aunt there for her 85th birthday. Upon entering this Shangri'La of a hotel with its wonderful diffuser emitting this fantastic blend of lily of the valley, jasmine and lemon that lift you up, we noticed the beautiful decor and welcoming staff. Camilla had upgraded us to a suite with a lovely balcony overlooking Fifth Ave. We had such a wonderful time that we decided to stay a second day. Camilla arranged for us to stay in the same suite. Sadly, that second day on our way to a restaurant for lunch, my aunt fell and broke her hip. One ambulance ride later we were in the ER at NCH (which btw, is a fabulous hospital and the mecca of ortho surgery as most of FL is. Care was excellent) Anyway, this meant I needed a place to stay to tend to my aunt. This hotel is only 3 minutes from NCH. Viktor, the assn't Front office mgr., gave me the NCH rate and I was moved to another room. They took care of all the logistics and Viktor could not have been more attentive and on top of all of it. Even the valets, Enrique, Shak and others were always asking after my aunt and doing what they could for me. All in all, it was service at its best during a very hard time. My gratitude goes out to all. We will be back! My aunt and I decided we will make our Naples trip a tradition each year...without the fall and hospital visit though!!! The summer is a nice time as it wasn't crowded and you got to relax and enjoy. Other tips: Eat at The Cafe which is a block away and has a relationship with Inn on Fifth and you get 10% off when you tell them you stay there. The Cafe serves gluten free and a completely healthy menu. I loved it and practically at most of my meals there during the week. They serve breakfast and lunch only. Trattoria had wonderful Italian food. red/white tablecloths and casual but nice. Great Shops. Watch out for Tin City though if you are traveling with elderly as the floors throughout that area of shops etc. are uneven and it's dark inside. It's where my aunt tripped /fell due to a raised floor board that wasn't marked upon entering one of the restaurants. Actually, anyone could fall due to the dangerous flooring throughout that should be fixed.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful resort.

Stayed here for my wife’s 40th. We both travel a lot for work and we both agreed that this was the best hotel we had both stayed in. Go for the suites if you can in the club level. Worth every penny!!!
