• Road to Hana Maui Hawaii

Maui Holidays

An island adored for its sensational beaches, lush rainforests, impressive volcanoes and traditional Hawaiian culture, Maui is the second largest island in the Hawaii archipelago. Let yourself be warmly welcomed to an oasis of nature on a Maui holiday.

Take a helicopter tour and get a bird’s eye view of the island fondly known as the Valley Isle, or hike up mountains and through rainforests. If you like a challenging hike, head to the Haleakala summit on the Sliding Sands trail and drink in the majesty of this impressive land. Back at sea level, you can take your pick of beaches; every beautiful mile of the red, white and black sand beaches is as breathtaking as the last. Swim or learn to surf on the gentle waves of Kihei, and kayak and snorkel at Turtle Town.

Maui’s Road to Hana

The journey along the Hana Highway is a must on a holiday to Maui. The 64 miles of highway is meant to be travelled slow, so meander along at your own leisurely pace, passing through lush rainforests, stunning waterfalls and sea views as you go. When you reach the serene town of Hana, you’ll find the journey was more than worthwhile. Thought to be the last remaining untouched Hawaiian frontier, this is the place to discover traditional Hawaii. Rest up from the journey at Travaasa Hana, a luxurious retreat, before exploring the Hana Beach Park and the Hana Cultural Centre

With a whole archipelago of lush tropical islands on your doorstep, a Maui holiday is the perfect start to a Hawaiian island hopping adventure. Explore the contrasts of the islands, from seren Maui beaches to the buzz of Waikiki on Oahu, or head somewhere entirely different and explore the infamous Strip in Las Vegas or shop your days away in Los Angeles

  • Witness migrating whales from November until May
