Nice Hotel

Clinton, Mississippi

Stayed at this property last week while traveling on business. Arrived well before the 4:00pm checkin and was welcomed to an upgrade room with no problems. The Diamond lounge located off the lobby was nice and offered snacks, Coca-Cola products and Starbucks coffee. There are lots of great restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk of the hotel. Highly recommend!

So many mistakes.

Several calls to get service that had been mentioned when checking in, not giving us notice of the arrival of items that we had requested to be notified of, not showing up to take luggage out when we were going to airport.
