Once Grand

Dallas, Texas

The Grand Hyatt is an aging beauty. The rooms are appointed nicely, and seem to be updated. However, after a long, gritty day in the city, I look forward to a nice, steamy shower. That was not to be. It was a drizzle from the shower wand. It took me forever to rinse! I wish the shower water pressure were as forceful as the commode's.

Location makes a difference

Cary, North Carolina

You can't beat the location for this hotel. Literally next door to Grand Central Terminal for subway access and walking distance to Times Square. Also nearby are great Korean restaurants, Bryant Park and the NY Public Library. Was here for a conference, but enjoyed the location.
