A wonderful New York Hotel!

Milford, Connecticut

This was our first stay in any New York hotel. What a great place to stay! They have everything covered from you car, meals and a very comfortable room. We came to the city for our nephew's wedding and The Kimberly was only two miles from our destination at the Water Club. Breakfast in the Penthouse was a treat with great food and views. We would easily stay here again and we certainly do recommend it!

Great Hotel - Only problem they won't guarantee the room you book and pay for!

florida

This has been my go to hotel in NY. However, I think I'm going to start staying elsewhere. While making reservations, you choose a room and pay the price for the a specific room (all rooms are different prices) and when you check in they tell you your room you booked my not be available. Well, when I book an one bedroom suite with a reservation, then I expect an one bedroom suite, if I book a standard room then I should get a standard room. That's what a reservation is for- to reserve the room I booked. Maybe they need to do a better job of keeping up with what is booked to ensure they have the room available when you get there. I hate this because it is my hotel of choice but it's not worth the hassle anymore. Besides that - it is a great hotel, great location and staff.
