City trip NY

Luxembourg City, Luxembourg

Excellent hotel in the middle of Manhattan with a great view on time square. Easy to find, once you arrived at the reception located at the first floor we were warmly welcome and we got directly our room. The room was nice, very clean and equipped with what you nee. In the morning you will have a large breakfast buffet with all you need and if you get a table at he lower floor you will have an amazing view on time square. Not to forget the helpful and nice stuff. We had a great stay and will certainly choose again this hotel in the future....

Fantastic location and hotel. Service needs some work

Melbourne, Australia

For starters - this hotel has a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to Time Square, Broadway theatres, multiple subway stations, a myriad of restaurants and bars. The outdoor bar area overlooking Time Square is also fantastic. The only area this hotel falls down is service. As examples, coming in with 3 bags, walked straight past the Bell Desk, was never asked if we wanted assistance. At check in, despite booking and pre-paying for breakfasts, the front desk person simply checked us in and handed us the keys. I then had to specifically ask to confirm our pre-paid breakfasts and how this worked. Another note on breakfasts - in hindsight, recommend do not book bed and breakfast. There's too many choices so close to the hotel and probably cheaper too. The hotel, view and location however is excellent and we'd certainly stay again.
