Great Location

My friend and i planned an overnight trip in Philly. The hotel was close to some tourist attractions (City Hall, RTM, Love Park) and was walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants and 30th Street station. Only stayed one night so we didn't get to utilize the Park and Stay package (free parking, 2 ice skating rink passes, attractions pass, $25 gift card for Garces) The room was very spacious. Really appreciated having our bags stored with the bellhop so we didn't have to lug them around Saturday morning. George at the front desk was very helpful. I would stay here again.

A good hotel over all. I just didn't see any thing that wow'd me. The hotel room was clean, The staff seem to go above and beyond when you are a Sonesta reward card member. Everyone was friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect for sight seeing, shopping, Eating, or hanging out for a night of fun. Philadelphia is always a great place to visit so you can always find something to do in its downtown area with great eats for us vegan folks. This hotel didn't offer many vegan option on the room service menu. I wanted vegan burger or Philly famous vegan sub. Most of the time i used Grub Hub ( whe i wasn't out eating) to deliver from a local restaurant with vegan options. Would i come back ? yes i would and i am a Sonesta reward member. Hopefully when i return the pool will be open. I would like to do a review once the pool opens. I'm curious to how well its kept, how big it is and if it loos as good as the pictures. Great find downtown.

Booked at the last minute when we decided to watch the Eagles beat the Cowboys...worth the trip home. This hotel was a pleasant surprise as it is not somewhere we have stayed before. Perfect location - close to City Hall (and the subway). Easy trip to the Sports Complex on the Broad Street Line. Unfortunately I think we have one of the dirtiest subways in the country and wish we could fix that. Check in was very easy. Private on-site parking (~$50 per day, unlimited in/out). Staff was friendly and quick. Always accommodated any needs we had. Rooms were modern and very clean. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful too. Gym was well equipped and also clean. We were there close to Christmas so there was no room service which was a bit of a bummer but certainly did not spoil our stay. Ruths Chris is in the building - marginal service, but that's another story. I would highly recommend the restaurant and bar in the lobby of the hotel over the steak house - better service and better prices. Grab and go breakfast, coffee and snacks were a help. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Good Stay

I stayed her on NYE and it was a great stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really professional. I have no complaints except for the valet, it's so chaotic, slow and unorganized. It's my second time staying here and I'd stay again.

Another Pleasant Stay

I stayed for the Christmas holiday this past December, As an elite member staying 14 nights this past year and many times in the past. I was given an room upgrade, thanks to manager Ms Kim Cook, it made our stay even more enjoyable especially during the holiday. I want to say thank you for the efficient and friendly service that she had given us. I also want to thank Nakia in the Art Bar, for her efficient and friendly service on Christmas Day for breakfast. The housekeeping on the 20th floor were also efficient and friendly. The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants, sights and Rittenhouse Square.
