Nice Stay

London, Ontario, Canada

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Downtown. It was close enough to Broadway to walk down and enjoy the atmosphere. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was a little small but manageable. Our room was on the 20th floor so the view was very nice. The extra club members area on the 24th floor was private and nice. The bartenders were very friendly and open to a discussion if you wanted or left you alone if not. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay in and would certainly recommend it.

Tulsa, Oklahoma

We visited Nashville during CMA award week, so obviously hotels are full. The location of this hotel is convenient, however when we arrived we were told there were no king bed rooms available, even though our email confirmation from the hotel had specified a king bed. My husband is 6'4", so a double bed that he physically is longer than is not comfortable at all, nor the luxurious romantic getaway that parents of three hope for when they manage to get away for a few days. Victoria was apologetic at check in but said there was simply no way they could accommodate our wish for a king, nor could she explain adequately why we were not receiving the accommodations confirmed by the hotel. She did offer complimentary breakfast vouchers for their buffet, which was unimpressive hotel food. Certainly, we will not consider a Sheraton for our future trips.
