Not impressed

Charlotte, North Carolina

stayed at this hotel for the past 3 days. Room was specious but I paid for the "upgrade" - bed was not comfortable and the room SMELLED so bad. Like mildew or something - it was an awful smell. The reason why they get a 3 stars because I received great service at the bar and at the restaurant. For the cost - they should do some cleaning and remodeling of the rooms. Lobby and common areas are nice.

Re - visit

London, United Kingdom

We visited Washington DC quite a few years ago and stayed at the Omni so decided to stay there again. It was as we remembered, clean, friendly and in a good location. We ate breakfast and evening meals at the hotel, service at breakfast was excellent however the evening service was somewhat haphazard, although the food was good.
