Dirty bathroom

Indianapolis, Indiana

There were long hairs all over the bathroom. There was also some in the shower curtain. The cleaning was clearly poor. When I called, the response was inadequate. They didn't apologize in any way, but asked when I would be out of the room so they could clean it.

Worst Hotel Stay of my Life.

Got in late at night, my room was 74 degrees when we arrived. We gave it about 2 hours before we asked for someone to come look at the AC. The man that the front desk sent did absolutely nothing but tell us that the AC doesn’t need to be set to 65. ????? It wasn’t working either way. He said it was fixed and left, the thermostat stayed on 74 degrees the entire night. It was SO HOT. Was supposed to stay another night but spent about $300 extra dollars that I didn’t have just to make sure I had a better hotel and wasn’t sweating in my $200 room.
