Ho Chi Minh City Holidays

With its French grandeur, bustling markets and street food stalls competing to sell the best banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) in town, Ho Chi Minh fuses tradition and modernity in one frenetic and fascinating city. Relive the memories of old Saigon among the pristine collection of American planes and tanks at the War Remnants Museum, before diving into local culture at Ben Thanh Market to haggle with locals. Having stocked up on souvenirs, pay homage to the Jade Emperor’s Pagoda, an incense-scented temple full of statues and divinities. Then, cool down with a bia hoi (draft beer) or cocktail while enjoying panoramic views from the sky deck of Bitexco Tower. Before you leave this enchanting city be sure to send a postcard home from the classic French colonial Central Post Office.
