An ideal base for your stay in arguably one of Vietnam's most picturesque towns, spend your days relaxing around the inviting swimming pool, having lunch at the breezy riverfront cafe or enjoying a massage at the spa before walking into Hoi An early evening for a walk around the lantern-lit streets and a meal in one of the many local restaurants. Central location at the brink of the old town

Linz, Austria

Great: the central location at the brink of the old town, ideal for strolling and shopping. The rooms are relatively small, but have very comfortable large beds. Rooms are equipped with Nespresso machines with alternative capsules. WLAN is available, but not reliable (often interrupted). There are two restaurants, one with Vietnamese specialties, which did not impress us (e.g., Hue noodles with too much fish sauce for our taste). Lactose-free breads are no problem at breakfast. The massages in the spa are good, but expensive. The English of the staff depends on the persons. Some are hard to understand; even at the reception, another staff member had to take over because of language problems. It was not possible to order a bottle of still mineral water in the room. At dinner there is the Italian "Acqua Panna" water, but when we tried to order that by phone, nobody understood what we wanted. In the end, we got the normal drinking water. Transfer from/to the airport by limousine is comfortable, but relatively expensive.

Incredible location on the river near the old town

We stayed in a great room overlooking the river. Buffet breakfast daily with a huge choice - European, continental, Asian etc. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and serviced daily. Plenty of fresh water supplied and several excellent all day eating options - cafes, poolside, room service, restaurant offering both Eastern and Western cuisine. The old town also offers fabulous shopping, markets and restaurants - incredible colours and architecture. Must make a special mention of staff member Chau, in the Riverside restaurant, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her friendly smile and daily chats were lovely and made us feel very special. I would definitely recommend this resort for future travellers.
